Located at the heart of the local community, the association develops partnerships with companies, institutions, and training providers to offer pathways adapted to market needs and participants' realities.

Our structure consists of a general assembly of all members, a committee that defines strategy and supervises activities, and a management team that handles daily operations and project implementation.

EPCO

Our commercial practice company

Tremploi is a commercial practice company (EPCO) that aims to promote professional reintegration through practical and personalized support. This unique model allows participants to acquire concrete skills by working in different departments of a simulated company.

The EPCO simulates the commercial activities of all departments of an import-export company. It is an educational tool that enables the acquisition of practical skills in commercial professions, both in-person and remotely.

Business operations are carried out thanks to partnerships with sponsor companies that provide their image, products, and price lists. Tremploi conducts business transactions in Switzerland and internationally, collaborating with the Pen Worldwide network.
